About us
Zolo Foods is a home food business based at 4/9, Uppoorani Palli East Street, Abiramam, Ramnad District, Tamil Nadu 623 601, India. We make traditional South Indian health mixes, millet flours and malts.
Orders
- An order is confirmed only after we receive your payment (or, for Cash on Delivery, after we accept the order) and send you a confirmation.
- We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the details given are incomplete or wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your area. In that case any payment made will be refunded in full.
- Please give a correct name, address, pincode and phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong details.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on each product page.
- We may change prices or offers at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). We do not store your card or bank details. Cash on Delivery is available where shown at checkout.

Product information and food safety
- Please check the ingredient list and best-before information printed on the pack before use.
- If you or anyone who will eat the product has a food allergy or special dietary need, please contact us before ordering.
- Our products are food items and are not medicines. They are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any illness.
- Product photos are for illustration. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly.
Your account and use of the website
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

The Zolo Foods name, logo, photographs, text and designs on this website belong to Zolo Foods. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

We take care to make and pack our products well, but to the extent allowed by law our responsibility for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, strikes, floods or other natural events.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu.
