Delivery charge is ₹50.00 per order.Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 working days of confirmation. Orders confirmed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
- Within Tamil Nadu: usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: usually 4 to 8 working days after dispatch.
Remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals or courier delays that are outside our control.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive a WhatsApp message when your order is confirmed. You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and phone number. When your parcel is dispatched, we add the courier name and tracking number to your order updates.
Delivery address
Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. The courier will try to reach you on the number you gave. If the parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because it was not accepted, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the extra shipping may be charged.
